Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged for the first night's accommodation. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Payment: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS). A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
Children: Children under 12 stay free when booking direct. Children aged 13–18 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. Cots are available free of charge for direct bookings.
Pets: Pets are welcome by prior arrangement only. Please call us on +64 3 348 8458 before booking to discuss.
Smoking: All units are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 applies if this policy is breached.
Car Parking: Complimentary covered off-street parking is available for all guests. Long-term parking while you fly is available at $8/day standard or $5/day for direct bookings.
Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We ask all guests to be considerate of others.
